What types of applications stainless steel sheets are used?

The cost effective types of stainless steel is 304 stainless steel sheet. This type of stainless steel sheet is used mostly in such applications where corrosion and sanitation is a major issue. Stainless steel sheet do not rust easily since it contains the surface coating, which does not fade over time. It is also not possible to protect from chemicals and moisture in its immediate locations. It does not need painting or polishing since it do not fade color within time. It is simple to clean and do not pick up odors.

There are different types of stainless steel grades available and the most commonly used stainless steel grades are 304 stainless steel sheet and 316 stainless steel sheet. 304 stainless steel sheet is the cost effective form of stainless steel sheets and it is the popular type of stainless steel sheet which it provides good functionality and durability and it is resistant to corrosion.
Stainless steel sheet is cold rolled and it is purchased with the pre cut form by specifying the range of thickness and size of the metal.
